While Arizona Grand is our new name, we have been in the community for over 30 years. Arizona Grand Senior Living Community is operated by ILHC of Phoenix, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Intergenerational Living & Health Care, Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation (www.iglhc.com).

Arizona Grand is managed by The Goodman Group. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, The Goodman Group has been a national leader in developing and managing residential and senior living communities, health care communities and commercial properties since the 1960s.
